Lever 8: Your Ability to Unlearn and Learn New Behaviors
You’ve probably heard the phrase, “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks”. This is said to mean, that it is very difficult to teach someone new skills or to change someone’s habits or character. Most medical doctors learn science that is either not accurate or old science. The majority, if not all of medical schools in the US teach medicine based on Newtonian Science which looks at the body as a mechanical structure, where in fact the body operates primarily as a Quantum being. We operate via Einsteinian physics. We are now learning that Quantum Biology holds the real answers to heal and cure our bodies of disease.
Most people whom have disease are generally older and have set habits. They are stuck in there dietary habits, exercise habits as well as many other habits. For example, how many doctors tell you that your heart disease is hereditary? They give you a pill or a number of pills to combat symptoms they believe lead to cardiovascular disease. The symptoms you have are a result of your own dietary, physical and daily living habits not genetics. Genetics can be changed by you actions. The only one to blame is you, not your genetics. Very few people have actual genetic defects that cause disease. That might be 3-5% of the population.
Learning new information in regards to your health and wellness is critical if you wish to increase your lifespan and health span. If you choose not to be sick and die a slow painful death you need to learn new behaviors and new habits. Unlearning the behaviors that put you in your diseased state is critical for getting well. You can never get well in the environment in which you got sick in.
The point of this blog is too help you understand that if you are sick or have disease, you need to change your behaviors and habits in order to get well.
