Calcification is hardening of our body tissues by calcium salts or deposits. Although calcification itself isn’t considered a disease, it has been shown to be a significant contributing factor in nearly every known illness and aging condition. The higher level of calcification in our bodies, the harder it is to keep our skin, bones, joints, nervous system & immune system running at peak, optimal & youthful levels. Calcification is a major factor in why we age, why our joints feel stiff, why we have inflammation and why we feel chronically tired.

Should you stop taking calcium supplements? YES, immediately! Especially, coral calcium, oyster shell calcium and any formed mined from the earth (ie. calcium citrate, calcium carbonate). According to Rudolf Steiner, a great philosopher whom created biodynamic farming & developer of Waldorf education, most calcium is gravitational and conducts forces which accelerate gravity. In other words, the more calcium you take the quicker you will become part of the earth again.

This doesn’t mean all calcium is bad. Bad calcium is positively charged and good calcium is negatively charged. The calcium found naturally in plants, mesquite, citrus, etc… is absolutely fantastic for consumption. Raw dairy products and free range animals are also a good source of calcium as long as you have the enzymes to digest them. Pearl calcium is great for consumption and is considered a beauty and anti aging agent in China,
